  • Abandoned or Inoperative Vehicle Complaint
    Use this service to report an abandoned or inoperative vehicle. Any vehicle that cannot be legally driven on the street is considered an inoperative vehicle. This means that the vehicle must have a current license plate and must be operational.

     

  • Accumulated Junk, Trash or Debris on Private Property Complaint
    Use this service to report accumulated junk, trash or debris that occurs on private property. Things that most people would not normally use to decorate their yards are usually accumulations. Things such as lawn mowers, concrete blocks, lumber, and buckets for example should be stored away in a storage building or garage. At the very least, they may not be visible from the street and should be behind a fence or wall. This includes storage of garbage cans except on pickup day.

    Use this service to report a code violation related to an overgrown lot/yard. When the weeds and grass on the majority of a parcel of land has reached a height of twelve inches, it is considered overgrown. Overgrowth may also involve trees and vines that need to be trimmed.

    Use this service to report sewage backs up in a home or commercial facility. This condition may occur if a toilet will not flush, bathtub or sink will not drain and sewage/wastewater backs up.

    Use this service to report sewage odor from interior plumbing, a pump station, a manhole, or other source.

    Use this service to report sewage running down the street, bubbling out of manhole, broken pipe, or pumping station.

  • Street Light Out / Needs Replacement (TECO)
    Street light malfunctions are addressed by Tampa Electric Company. An online form is available to notify TECO of street lights or area lights that are out or malfunctioning. Street lights are located on public roads. Area lights are located on privately-owned roads or property.

     

  • Street Sweeping Request
    Use this service to request street sweeping services for non-scheduled events within the City of Tampa limits.     View maps of street sweeping routes and schedules.

    Use this service to report issues related to traffic enforcement or congestion in the City.

Customers experiencing low pressure often find debris clogging their faucet aerator screens. An easy way to help determine where the pressure problem may be is to open an outside spigot. If you have good pressure at the spigot, then the problem is located within the plumbing system. If that’s the case, you should consult a plumber to see what remedies are available.

     

  • Water Quality Complaint
    This service is provided for you to report a concern related to water quality. Cloudy or discolored water may be due to construction in the area, hydrant flushing or deteriorating internal plumbing. This may be easily resolved within your residence by running the cold water in your bathtub for a minute or two.
